摘要
采用生物信息学手段分析代表真菌、无脊椎动物和脊椎动物共16种生物Spc25基因的分子进化情况。结果表明,Spc25是一个较为保守的基因,在动物-微管的连接中发挥了重要作用。该研究为进一步研究该基因参与染色体分离和肿瘤发生的作用机理提供资料。
The molecular evolution of Spe25 a total of 16 kinds of biological gene represent fungi, invertebrates and vertebrates was analyzed by means of biological information. The results showed that Spe25 is a relatively conservative gene, which plays an important role in the connection of animal microtubules. The study can provide information for further study on the role of the gene in chromosome segregation and tu- morigenesis.
