摘要
采用正交试验方法,以珠芽为外植体,在MS固体培养基上研究不同浓度蔗糖、6-BA、NAA及KT对淡黄花百合芽增殖生长的影响。结果表明,芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.05~0.10 mg/LNAA+0.2 mg/L KT+20~30 g/L蔗糖。
Using the method of orthogonal experiment, with bu]bil as explant, the influence of different density of sucrose, 6-BA and NAA on the bud growth of Lilium sulphureum Baker in MS solid medium was studied. The result shows that the best medium of bud proliferation is MS + 1.5 mg/L 6-BA +0.05-0. 10 mg/L NAA +0.2 mg/L KT +30 g/L sucrose.
