摘要 [目的]优选满山红中黄酮提取的最佳工艺。[方法]采用正交试验法对满山红中黄酮的提取工艺进行优选,以原料粒度、料液比、提取功率、提取温度等为考察因素,采用液相方法测定4个黄酮类活性成分(金丝桃苷、槲皮素、山奈酚和杜鹃素)的总含量。[结果]最佳工艺为粒度为65目的原料在50℃的80%乙醇(料液比1∶25)中浸渍2 h,超声功率80 W提取30 min。[结论]该工艺合理,有效成分提取效率高。 [ Objective ] Study on the optimum conditions for flavonoids from Folium Rhododendri daurici with ultrasonic extraction. [ Method ] The optimum extraction of flavonoids from Folium Rhododendri daurici was selected by orthogonal test, raw material size, the material liquid ratio, the extraction power, the extraction temperature and ultrasonic time as the examination factors, 4 flavonoids (Hyperoside, Quercetin, Kaempferol and Farrerol) of the total content as the index were analyzed by HPLC. [ Result] The optimum extraction process conditions were as follow : the particle size of raw material was 65 meshes, soaked in that 50 ℃ 25 times amount of 80% ethanol for 2 h, and extracting for 30 minutes by supersonic power 80 W' s wave. [ Conclusion] The optimum extraction process is reliable, with higher extracting ratio of the active components.
