摘要
[目的]收集东北三省北五味子种质资源,建立测定园,进行果实产量比较分析。[方法]以13个不同地区的北五味子种质资源为试验材料,进行植株形态指标、果实产量测定。[结果]北五味子木质化最好的为饶河种源,最差的为大梨树种源,黑龙江省内种源木质化程度好于吉林,吉林好于辽宁地区;同一年份内不同地域北五味子果实产量存在较大差异,干果重与鲜果重有相同的变化趋势;不同年份不同地域北五味子果实产量不稳定。[结论]该研究为北五味子优良品种选育奠定基础。
[ Objective] The research aimed to collect the germplasm resources of Schisandra chinensis Baill in the three northeastern prov- inces, establish the investigating orchards, compare and analyze the fruit yields in this areas. [ Method ] Using collected 13 germplasm resources as material, the plant morphology index and fruit yields were determined. [ Result~ The best lignification of Schisundra chinensis Baill was Raohe provenance, the worst was Dalishu provenance ; the lignification of Heilongjiang province was better that of Jilin, and the lignification of Jilin was better that of Liaoning area. The fruit yields of Schisandra chinensis Baill had wide differences in different regions in the same year, the dried fruit weight and fresh fruit weight had the same change trend. In different years and different regions. The fruit yields of Schisandra chinensis Baill was unstable. [ Conclusion] The study lays a foundation for the breeding of fine varieties of of Schisandra chinensis Baill.
