基于县域经济发展的土地利用结构调整研究——以长丰县为例

Research on Land Use Structure Adjustment Based on County Economic Development—A Case Study of Changfeng County

基于土地利用结构与县域经济发展的关系,以长丰县为例,实例分析了县域土地利用结构现状及特点,结合县域经济发展的现状与态势,提出了县级土地利用总体规划修改过程中土地利用结构调整方略:把"增加挂"的用地政策用足用实,通过实施"整村推进,土地整治"模式,实现城镇建设用地面积增加、耕地面积增加、农村宅基地面积减少和土地利用效益提升的"双增一减一提升"的土地利用目标。

Based on relationship between land use structure and county economic development, with Changfeng County as an example, the status and characteristics of land use structure was analyzed. Combined with the status and tendency of county economic development, the adjustment strategy of land use structure was put forward in the process of revising the overall plan of land use at county level ： through implementing the model of ＂whole village advancement, land consolidation＂, realize the increase of urban construction land area and cultivated land area, reduction of rural residential area, improvement of land use benefit.
