摘要
针对某实际生产线上的涡流式分解炉,采用Realizable k-ε模型、DPM模型、有限速率燃烧模型等对炉内的垃圾衍生燃料燃烧特性和煤粉燃烧特性进行了数值模拟研究,结合分解炉内温度场、组分浓度场及燃烧速率等展开综合分析。研究结果表明:与煤粉的燃烧特性相比,RDF的燃烧过程以挥发分燃烧为主,且其具有着火点低,燃烬速率快,燃烧温度低等特点;RDF与煤粉混烧时可促进煤粉的燃烧,且炉内温度均匀、稳定分布,未影响窑炉的稳定性。
For an eddy-current precalciner in manufacturing operation,numerical simulations of refuse derived fuel combustion and that of pulverized coal combustion were carried out in an eddy-current precalciner by using realizable k-ε model,DPM model and finite-rate combustion model,etc.In more details,combining with the gas-phase flow field,particle trajectory,temperature field and concentration field,we conduct a comprehensive analysis.The experimental results show that compared with coal combustion characteristics,volatile combustion is the main process of combustion of RDF,and its combustion has many other characteristics,such as low ignition point,rapid burnout rate,and lower combustion temperature,etc.When two kinds of samples,as mention above,burn together,RDF can promote the coal combustion in the mixed combustion process,and it has the uniform and steady temperature distribution.Moreover,it do not affect the stability of the precalciner.
