摘要
通过引入微研磨介质以及表面改性剂对普通硅酸盐水泥进行研磨,制备颗粒更小、粒度分布更合理、胶凝效率更高的高效胶凝水泥。同时对高效胶凝水泥进行比表面积、标准稠度用水量、激光粒度分析、水化热以及混凝土试验分析,研究表明:微研磨介质与表面改性剂能大幅提高水泥研磨效率,提高水泥细度,降低能耗,制备出的高效胶凝水泥以适量掺量加入到混凝土中,能优化水泥颗粒级配,提高水泥利用率,进而提高混凝土强度,同时能减少水泥用量。
By grinding the Portland cement added with the micro grinding medium and surface modifier,super gel cement with a smaller particles,more reasonable particle size distribution and higher gelling efficiency was prepared.The specific surface area,the standard consistency water,laser particle size analysis,concrete test and hydration heat of super gel cement were studied.The experimental results indicated that micro grinding medium and surface modifier could greatly improve the cement grinding efficiency,improve the cement fineness,and reduce the energy consumption.The addition of the appropriate amount of super gel cement into concrete can optimize the particle gradation of cement,improve the utilization rate of cement,enhance the concrete strength,and also reduce the cement dosage.
