摘要
在分析活齿端面谐波齿轮工作啮合副啮合过程的基础上,按照活齿端面谐波齿轮传动类型的不同,研究了其工作啮合总面积,并针对单边传动和双边传动的活齿端面谐波齿轮,分别归纳出了其修形前、后啮合总面积的变化规律,得出了相应的工作啮合总面积变化规律图。
Based on the analysis of the mesh process of oscillating-teeth end-face harmonic gear,according to the differences of different-types oscillating-teeth end-face harmonic gear,its total meshing area was studied.The variation rules of the total meshing area of unilateral-drived oscillating-teeth end-face harmonic gear before and after modification were summarized.The corresponding variation laws diagrams of total meshing area were also gotten.
