摘要
同制造业相比,后发工程技术服务企业与领先企业间存在更高的技术势差。通过对18家工程技术服务企业的考察发现,高技术势差并不必然导致创新追赶机遇的削弱。"本土环境催化"、"关键人才资源"和"本土市场拉动"共同为本土后发工程技术服务企业的创新追赶创造了客观机遇。"国际联接"和"技术地方化"则是后发工程技术服务企业有效的创新追赶行动策略。基于以上发现,提出了后发工程技术服务企业创新追赶的"刺激—反应"模型。
Compared with that in manufacturing industry, the technology gap in engineering and technical services industry between latecomer firms and leading firms is much bigger. By investigating into 18 local Chinese late- comer firms in engineering and technical services industry, the research findings show that big technological gap does not necessarily diminish the chance of catch-up. Local environmental catalysis, key talent resources and local market-pull all together create objective opportunities for local latecomer firms in engineering and technical services industry to accomplish the innovation catching-up. By grasping the catching-up opportunities, international connections and technology localization are effective actional strategies to realize innovation catching-up. Based on the findings above, stimulation-reaction model of innovation catching-up for latecomer firms in engineering and technical services industry is put forward.
