Construction and Effect of Tea Quality and Safety System in Anxi

福建省安溪县是全国最大的茶叶生产县,是中国乌龙茶(名茶)之乡。多年来,安溪县始终坚持把茶叶质量安全工作放在茶产业发展的首位,通过加强"八大体系"建设,即组织保障体系、素质提升体系、农资专营体系、检验检测体系、农技推广体系、质量追溯体系、执法监督体系、监管问责体系,严格茶园到茶杯的全程监管,有效增强了涉茶行业人员的质量安全意识,提高了茶叶质量安全水平,扩大了"安溪铁观音"品牌明星效应。

Anxi County,as the largest tea producing county in China,is the hometown of Chinese Oolong Tea. Over the years,Anxi always put tea quality and safety in the top priority. By strengthening the construction of ＂eight systems ＂,namely in organization guarantee,quality improvement,agricultural material professional management,inspection and testing,agricultural technology extension,quality traceability,law enforcement supervision,as well as supervision and accountability,covering the entire process supervision from tea garden to teacup. It effectively raised the awareness of tea quality and safety in related industry personnel,improved the safety level of tea quality and expanded the ＂Anxi Tieguanyin ＂ brand effect.
