Construction of Tea Quality and Safety Management System in Ningbo

为了解决宁波市茶产业质量安全问题,宁波市在"十一五"期间对茶叶质量安全进行立项,项目组通过采集基础数据,构建数据库及追溯机制和安全预警机制,建立追溯信息查询系统、管理档案等大量工作,确保茶叶从茶园到茶杯的全程质量安全,以期对农产品质量安全管理提供参考。

In order to solve the tea quality and safety problem in Ningbo,it projected to conduct a surveys on the tea quality and safety in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. Through collecting basic data,building database and tracing mechanism,managing file,building traceability information inquiry system and security alert mechanism,the project team guaranteed tea quality and safety in the entire production process from garden to teacup. The project also provided reference for the quality and safety management in agriculture products.
