江山市茶叶质量安全问题探讨

摘要 为了确保消费者喝上安全的江山茶,江山市政府采取了加大科技投入、开展夏秋茶专项整治、加强农业投入品和生产环节监管并建立检测平台的措施。针对存在的不足提出强化茶叶质量安全教育培训、加快推进生态有机茶园和绿色防控体系建设、大力实行茶叶标准化生产、建立茶叶质量全程追溯体系和大力推进绿色有机茶叶品牌建设的对策,以期确保消费者"舌尖上的安全"。 To make sure that consumers can drink safe tea from City Jiangshan,the municipal government took a series of measures,including increasing scientific research investment,developing special initiatives for summer and fall tea,strengthening the supervision of agricultural inputs and production processes and establishing the detecting platform. According to the existing problems,the municipal government has put forward several solutions,such as intensifying the awareness education and training of the tea quality and safety,accelerating the construction of ecological organic tea gardens and the green prevention and control system,vigorously implementing standardized production of teas,establishing the trace ability system of the tea quality and promoting the building of the brand for the green organic teas to ensure tea safety.
