Analysis on Present Situation and the Countermeasure of Tea Quality and Safety Production in Hangzhou

茶叶作为杭州市特色农产品和大众消费健康饮料,其质量安全不容忽视。通过对杭州市茶叶现状的调研,分析杭州市茶产业存在的问题,提出进一步发展杭州茶产业的建议,即提高茶园设施配备水平,推进茶园统防统治、及时修订完善茶叶标准、加速规范茶叶电商市场、引导社会正确认识茶叶质量安全,不断推进杭州市茶叶质量安全工作的开展。

Tea is a special agricultural product and popular beverage in Hangzhou,which makes its safety very important. Through the investigation of the current situation of Hangzhou tea industry,the existing problems in the development of Hangzhou tea industry were analyzed,while the optimized countermeasures were also proposed,including upgrading tea garden facilities,promoting unified control of tea gardens,standardizing tea production and tea market,guiding to correct understand of quality safety of tea to improve Hangzhou tea quality safe.
