摘要
文章介绍了中国茶叶理化成分检验国家标准近三十年的发展过程和2013年以来相关标准的变更情况,并提出茶叶理化成分检验国家标准仍存在检验项目不完善、标准交叉重复和新标准采用不高等问题。
30 years' development of Chinese determination standards of physical-chemical components in tea and the update of determination standards for tea were introduced. However,some problems on these standards still exist,such as imperfect determination items,duplicated standards,low usage of new standards,and so on.
