为了更好地了解和掌握2015《食品安全法》,文章梳理了茶类产品安全监管部门的变化以及2015《食品安全法》法律条款中与茶关联的要点、规定和法律责任等内容,以便于对茶与茶相关产品的生产和经营实行全程监管,严格控制,确保消费者舌尖上的安全。
In order to better understand the 2015 Food Safety Law,the paper introduced the change in safety supervision department of tea and tea products and also expatiated on the gists and specific contents of tea-related rules in 2015 Food Safety Law to cover the entire process supervision of tea and tea products ' production and management and ensure tea safety for customers.
