摘要
韩非子通过对《道德经》的解读,论证了加强君权和实现"法治"大一统的具体办法。他把道家思想中的"道"改造为加强君主权力的谋略,把君主和臣下的关系解释为道和万物的关系,由于"道"是安静神秘的,所以君主要虚静无为,顺其自然,不为外物所迷惑,还要减少欲望,不以己之长责人之短,不处处以锋芒伤人,不表现自己的喜好和成见,从而避免被臣下所蒙蔽。君主要做到虚静以待、无为而治,就需要遵循自然规律、实行法治和依法治国,从而建立"法治"大一统。
Through the interpretation of Tao te Ching, Han feizi demonstrates the specific measures of strengthening sovereignty and achieving Great Unification by means of the "rule of law". He transforms Tao in Taoism to the stratagem of strengthening the powers of the monarch, and interprets the relationship between the monarch and the subjects as the relationship between Tao and everything. Because Tao is quiet and mysterious, so the monarch should go with the flow and reduce his desire, instead of measuring others' weaknesses with his strengths, hurting others with his cutting edges, or showing his preferences and prejudices, so as not to be deceived by his ministers. The monarch should be quiet and go with the flow, follow the laws of nature and exercise the rule of law in order to achieve the Great Unification by the "rule of law".
