摘要
为了提高学生自主学习和知识应用的能力,提出了一种新的人机工程学教学方法,即基于翻转课堂的教学方法。首先分析了翻转课堂教学法的应用领域以及在不同教学领域中的应用模式,其次比较了现有人机工程学的教学方法,分析了各种人机工程学教学方法的特点,提出了将翻转课堂法应用于人机工程学的教学方法,说明了在教学过程中实施翻转课堂的布置课前自主学习、制作优质教学视频、组织课堂学习活动等步骤的具体内容,最后通过实例对该方法进行了验证。结果表明该方法是有效可行的。
In order to improve the students'ability of autonomous learning and knowledge application,a new method of ergonomics teaching based on the flipped classroom is put forward in this paper.Firstly,the mode and method of applying flipping the classroom are analyzed. Then the teaching methods of the existing ergonomics are compared, and the features of methods used to teach ergonomics are analyzed. Some new teaching methods of flip classroom applied to ergonomics are put forward.The steps of the autonomous learning,making the quality teaching video and organizing the classroom learning activity during the teaching process are described. Finally,this method is verified by the example.The results show that the method is effective and feasible.
