摘要
分析了技能教育行业在教育能力评估方面的现状及存在问题,从CMMI基于管理活动及过程域的二维矩阵模型分析入手,论证了CMMI经改造后应用于技能教育能力成熟度评估的可行性、必要性、已有成功案例,在可行性分析中首次揭示了CMMI通用活动与法约尔管理五要素之间的关系。提出了构建技能教育能力成熟度集成模型(CMMI-TE)目的、原则,描述了模型的五级架构、以管理维和工作维为主线的模型改造方案。工作维设计结合了技能教育具体工作过程域及服务行业的通用过程域,对CMMI-TE应用的注意要点、后续工作等提出了建议。
Analyses the current state and problems of education capacity assessment of technical education, verifies the feasibility and necessity of reconstructed CMMI applied to technical-education capacity assessment by means of analysis of CMMI’s 2-dimension model of managing practices and process areas. Proposes the aim and principles of construction of Capacity Maturity Model Integration for Technical Education(CMMI-TE),describes the five- level architecture,model-reconstruction project mainly based in working dimension and managing dimension,gives points for attention in the application of CMMI-TE,and suggestion of the follow-up work.
