A Study on the Cross-Cultural Adaptation of International Graduate Students in China

随着教育全球化的深入和留学生教育事业的快速发展,来华留学生的跨文化适应问题日益突出。该文即从跨文化心理学的角度通过相关案例分析来华留学研究生的跨文化适应现状并探讨如何采取有效的管理对策帮助留学生顺利完成跨文化适应过程。

China’s international education is developing rapidly with the number of international graduate students increasing year by year.And their cross-cultural adaptation has aroused people’s attention and concern.This paper analyzes the cross-cultural adaptation status of international graduate students in the perspective of cross-cultural psychology and proposes effective management countermeasures to help them adjust to their life in a different culture.
