制度复杂理论研究进展及对中国管理研究的启示 被引量:21

摘要 转型中国作为构建制度复杂理论的最佳试验场所,可以从制度理论的演进过程出发讨论制度复杂理论的源起,并详细梳理制度复杂理论的内核所在:其关于制度逻辑异质性、动态性和历史权变性的基本假设,以及制度多中心性和制度逻辑多样性这两个基本概念;且重点探究场域层面制度复杂性的形成机制,以及组织对于制度复杂性的感知和回应这两个主要流派。此外,从企业层面出发,分析应该如何响应和改变制度复杂性,并从这两个角度提出3个制度复杂性视角下中国管理研究的方向。 Transitional China is one of the best fields for building institutional complexity theory. We first review the origin of institutional complexity theory from institutional theory, and propose the key assumptions (i. e. , heterogeneity, dynamic and historical dependence of institutional logics) and key concepts (i. e. , multiplicity of institutional logics, and Institutional Polycentrism) in institutional complexity theory. Then we review two main streams in the literature, namely, how the institutional complexity in field emerges, and how an organization interprets and responses to institutional com- plexity. Finally, we propose three main directions for Chinese management studies.
