摘要
旨在信息系统实施情境下探讨辱虐管理对用户抵制的作用机理,重点分析消极情绪的中介作用以及领导-成员交换的调节作用。选择信息系统终端用户及其直接主管作为研究对象,采用结构方程模型、层级回归等方法分析313套配对数据。研究结果表明:辱虐管理对用户抵制有显著的正向影响;消极情绪在辱虐管理与用户抵制之间起着完全中介作用;领导-成员交换负向调节辱虐管理与用户抵制之间的关系,领导-成员交换质量越高,辱虐管理与用户抵制之间的正向关联越弱。
This study aimed to investigate the influence mechanism of abusive supervision on user resistance in the context of information systems implementation, focusing on the mediating effect of negative emotions and the moderating effect of leader-member exchange. We selected the end-users of information systems and their direct supervisor as research subjects and analyzed the 313 sets of paired data through structural equation model, hierarchical regression, and so forth. The results indicated that abusive supervision has a significantly positive effect on user resistance; negative emotions plays a totally mediating role in the relationship between abusive supervision and user resistance; leader-mem- ber exchange negatively moderates the relationship between abusive supervision and user resistance, that is, the higher the quality of leader-member exchange the weaker the positive relationship between abusive supervision and user resistance.
