摘要
随着超声仪器的不断更新和诊断技术的突飞猛进,实时三维超声心动图在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病诊治中的地位日益重要,尤其是在心脏形态学、血流动力学方面提供丰富精确信息。实时三维超声心动图克服以往技术在三维重建中的不足,实时动态构建左室几何结构,更全面地显示心肌梗死后心室形态变化,精确测量相关参数。本文就实时三维超声心动图技术在心肌梗死后左室重构评价方面的应用现状及最新进展做一综述。
With the rapid development of ultrasound diagnostic equipment and technology,the application of the realtime three dimensional echocardiography plays an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. It provides accurate information about the left ventricular variable,especially in the morphology and haemodynamics.Real-time three dimensional echocardiography not only overcomes the prior ultrasound technology deficiencies in reconstruction of the left ventricular geometry,but also fully displays and accurately measures the irregularity change of left ventricular shape in patients after myocardial infarction. In this paper,the application and the latest progress of the Real-time three dimensional echocardiography in evaluation of the left ventricular after remodeling myocardial infarction were reviewed.
