超声新技术诊断浅表淋巴结病变的进展

New ultrasound techniques for superficial lymph node evaluation

浅表淋巴结病变常见有反应性增生、恶性肿瘤的转移、淋巴瘤及结核等,准确鉴别其性质对原发病的诊断、治疗及随访等有重要临床意义。近年随着三维成像技术、弹性成像技术、超声造影及超声引导下淋巴结穿刺等超声新技术的出现,为浅表淋巴结病变诊断提供了更多信息,本文就超声新技术诊断浅表淋巴结病变的价值做一综述。

Superficial lymphadenoathy is common symptom in the patients with inflammation,malignant metastasis,lymphoma,and tuberculosis,therefore,the accurate differentiation is more important for diagnosis,treatment and assessment of the primary disease.Recent advances in ultrasound technology,such as three-dimensional ultrasonography,real time elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ultrasound guided biopsy shows potential to improve the accuracy of ultrasounol for the differential diagnosis of lymphadenopathy. The progress of ultrasound techniques of superficial lymphadenopathy was reviewed in this article.
