摘要
目的探讨超声弹性成像技术鉴别男性乳腺良、恶性肿物的诊断价值。方法 48例乳腺肿物患者共17个恶性和33个良性肿物,行常规超声及超声弹性成像检查,分别计算良、恶性肿物应变比值,二维病变区与弹性成像病变区所测大小比值,并进行比较。结果弹性评分4分以上、应变比值>3.08、大小比值>1.1在乳腺恶性肿物的出现率高于良性肿物,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像、应变比值、大小比值能客观地评价乳腺肿物的相对弹性硬度,对乳腺良恶性肿物的鉴别有重要的诊断价值。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic elastography in differentiating male breast maligmant lesions from benign lesions. Methods Fourty-eight patients with 50 breast lumps(17 malignant and 33 benign)underwent conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography examination. The lesions were scored according to the color on elastography images.Results The elastic score higher than grade 4,strain ratio 3.08 and size ratio 1.1 were mainly distributed in the malignancies to benign lensions,there was significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography,strain ratio and size ratio can objectively assess the relative stiffness of male breast lesions,which also can be helpful for differential diagnosis of malignant and benign male breast lesions.
