摘要 内质网为细胞中重要的细胞器,肩负着多种功能,包括膜蛋白和分泌性蛋白的合成、翻译后修饰、折叠组装,类固醇生成,脂质合成,糖原的储存和合成,以及维持钙稳态[1]。只有蛋白从粗质网到运输高尔基体才算正确折叠。许多病理生理因素包括缺氧、营养物质(葡萄糖)缺乏、氧化还原平衡的改变、钙稳态的变化、病毒感染、错误折叠蛋白质的过表达及采用还原剂进行细胞治疗,均会导致细胞内质网应激(endoplasmic
