椎动脉发育不良的超声筛查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的筛查椎动脉发育不良的情况及相关分析。方法选择体检中心接受椎动脉超声检查3 215名体检者作为对象,男1 558例,女1 657例,应用彩色多普勒超声对双侧椎动脉颅外段走形、各椎间段的内径及血流动力学指标,包括收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)及阻力指数(RI)进行分析。结果椎动脉先天性发育不良122例,以右侧居多(P<0.05),女性多于男性(P<0.05),PSV、RI增高(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒对椎动脉发育不良有较高诊断价值。
