摘要
探讨TF 629型亲水剂对蚕丝/ES双组分复合纤维非织造布亲水的整理工艺,讨论影响非织造布液体穿透时间的因素,寻找最优的工艺参数.研究结果表明:亲水整理工艺中整理剂体积分数为1%、烘干温度为70℃、烘干时间为5min,蚕丝/ES非织造布试样的液体穿透时间可达到最优.TF 629型亲水剂在蚕丝/ES非织造布中的稳定性和耐迁移性较好.亲水整理后,试样的柔软性与透气性得到改善,拉伸断裂性能略有下降,但满足应用要求.
The hydrophilic finishing process of hydrophilic agent TF 629 on silk/ES(ethylene-propylene side by side)nonwoven fabric is studied,factors which influence on the liquid strike-through time are discussed,and the optimal parameters are confirmed.The results show that the finishing agent concentration is 1%,drying temperature is 70℃,and drying time is 5 min,the best liquid strike-through time is obtained.In addition,the stability and resistance of the hydrophilic agent in non-woven fabrics is good.After hydrophilic finishing process,the softness and breathability of the silk/ES nonwoven fabrics are improved,the tensile properties fall slightly,but it is still good for application.
