摘要
以18-29岁A体型女性人群为例,根据基本外套松量分布特点,制作试验用样衣,并通过TC2扫描着装与裸体人台,获得人体上半身距离松量,运用选取的型值点坐标,建立松量模型矩阵,利用逆向工程模块,实现松量人台的三维数字化模型的构建.最后,在松量人台上制作样衣,进行样衣试穿试验,得到了较好的服装试穿效果.此松量人台可提高立体裁剪的效率与合体性,为企业提供便捷的制衣方式.
The females of 18 to 29 years old with A body type are selected to make the experimental sample using the jacket ease distribution model.Then,the mannequin with and without jackets is scanned by a TC2 Body Scanner in order to get the radial ease allowance(REA).The coordinate of the data points obtained by TC2 3D Scanning are used to establish the ease matrix.The three-dimensional digital mannequin is constructed with ease allowance by using the Pro/Engineer reverse engineering module.Finally,a sample is made up based on the mannequin with ease allowance and the fitting test is conducted.The appearance of the sample is satisfactory for fit.This mannequin with ease allowance can improve efficiency and clothing fitness,and provide a convenient way to make clothing for apparel company.
