摘要
采用尼龙纺织布作为过滤组件组成新型尼龙纺织布生物反应器(FBR)处理高氨氮低碳印染废水.研究在不同混合液污泥浓度(mixed liquid suspended solids,MLSS)条件下FBR对模拟高氨氮印染废水处理效果的变化,发现该工艺的COD去除率为73.80%~78.15%,NH_4^+-N去除率为91.53%~95.82%,TN去除率为50.34%~82.52%,最佳MLSS为6 500mg/L.
Nylon textile fabric as filter components in fabric bioreactor(FBR)is used to dispose high ammonia nitrogen and low carbon printing and dyeing wastewater.The effect of different MLSS(mixed liquid suspended solids)is researched on the treatment of simulated high ammonia nitrogen printing and dyeing wastewater by FBR.The results show that the average COD removal rate is 73.80%-78.15%,the average NH+4-N removal rate is 91.53%-95.82%,the average TN removal rate is 50.34%-82.52% and the optimal MLSS is 6 500 mg/L.
