贵州不同地区褐飞虱对五种杀虫剂的抗药性研究 被引量:2

摘要 2011-2013年在贵州的东、南、西、北和中部5个地区(锦屏、盘县、三都、道真、花溪),以点滴法分别测定了褐飞虱[Nilaparvata lugens(St覽l)]对5种杀虫剂的抗性变化。结果表明,三都县褐飞虱仅对阿维菌素表现抗性,对其余几种杀虫剂均未产生抗性;锦屏县褐飞虱对阿维菌素和吡虫啉未产生抗性,对异丙威、毒死蜱和辛硫磷已开始产生抗性;花溪区褐飞虱对阿维菌素、毒死蜱和辛硫磷未产生抗性,对吡虫啉和异丙威表现出抗性,但抗性不明显;盘县褐飞虱对阿维菌素和毒死蜱没有产生抗性,对吡虫啉、异丙威和辛硫磷表现出一定的抗性,且有上升的趋势;道真县褐飞虱对阿维菌素没有产生抗药性,而对吡虫啉、异丙威和毒死蜱都产生不同程度的抗药性。 Resistance change of Nilaparvata lugens(Stl) to 5 insecticides were measured respectively by intravenous drip method in the eastern, southern, western, northern and the central regions(Jinping, Pan county, Sandu,Daozhen, Huaxi) of Guizhou in 2011-2013. The results showed that N. lugens had resistance to abamectin only in Sandu, without resistance to other 4 insecticides; N. lugens had no resistance to abamectin and imidacloprid, and had begun resistant to isopropyl, chlorpyrifos and phoxim in Jinping; N. lugens had no resistance to abamectin, chlorpyrifos and phoxim, and with not obvious resistance to imidacloprid and isopropyl in Huaxi district; N. lugens had no resistance to abamectin and chlorpyrifos, and showed some resistance to imidacloprid, isopropyl and phoxim which had a tendency to rise in Pan county; N. lugens had no resistance to abamectin, which had varying degrees resistance to imidacloprid, isopropyl and chlorpyrifos varying degrees in Daozhen.
