断奶幼兔日粮中添加Tu-569菌剂对其生长性能及肠道微生物区系的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将90只30日龄断奶健康幼兔随机分成对照组和试验组,试验组日粮中添加Tu-569菌剂,对照组不添加,分别饲喂10、20和30 d后,计算相应的日均增重、料重比、饲料转化率、腹泻率等指标。解剖幼兔后收集小肠、大肠内容物,通过选择性培养基测定其芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的数量。结果表明,试验组幼兔的日均增重比对照组增加9.4%~22.6%,料重比低5.7%~18.9%,饲料转化率高6.9%~23.7%,胴体重高13.4%~26.1%,幼兔腹泻率降低了33.43%,小肠内的芽孢杆菌数量增加了15.9倍;而幼兔小肠内的大肠杆菌数量、乳酸菌数量、酵母菌数量差异不大。与对照组相比,试验组幼兔大肠内的芽孢杆菌数量增加了26.8倍;试验组幼兔大肠内的大肠杆菌数量减少了53.0%;试验组幼兔大肠内的乳酸菌数量增加了9.2倍;试验组幼兔大肠内的酵母菌数量增加了2.2倍。故饲喂Tu-569菌剂可使幼兔的日均增重、饲料转化率、胴体重增加,料重比下降;还可增加幼兔大肠内芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌等有益菌的数量,降低幼兔大肠内大肠杆菌数量,防止幼兔腹泻。 90 healthy weaned rabbits, 30 days old, were randomly divided into the control group and the test group. Agent Tu-569 was only added into the diet of rabbits in the test group. Indexes, such as daily weight gain, feed-gain ratio, feed conversion rate and diarrhea rate, were calculated when rabbits were fed for 10 days, 20 days and 30 days, respectively. Intestine contents were collected after dissecting. Amount of Bacillus, Escherichia coli, lactic bacteria and yeast were determined with selective medium. Results showed that the daily weight gain of rabbits in the test group was increased by 9.4% ~22.6%, compared with that of the control group. Feed-gain ratio was decreased by 5.7% ~ 18.9%. Feed conversion rate increased by 6.9%~23.7%. Carcass weight was increased by 13.4%~26.1%. Meanwhile, diarrhea rate in the test group was decreased by 33.43%. Amount of Bacillus in the small intestine of rabbits in the test group was increased by 15.9 times, compared with that of the control group. But amounts of Escherichia coli, lactic bacteria and yeast in the small intestine had no significant difference between the two groups. Amount of Bacillus in the large intestine of rabbits in the test group was increased by 26.8 times, compared with that of the control group. Amount of Escherichia coli in the large intestine was decreased by 53.0%. Amount of lactic bacteria in the large intestine was increased by 9.2 times. Amount of yeast in the large intestine was increased by 2.2 times. Conclusion could be draw that agent Tu-569 had functions of increasing daily weight gain, feed conversion rate and carcass weight, decreasing feed-gain ratio, increasing amounts of beneficial bacteria, such as Bacillus, lactic bacteria and yeast, decreasing the amount of Escherichia coli and preventing young rabbit diarrhea.
