基于GIS的大别山县域旅游资源禀赋差异研究

GIS-based Research on the Differences of Tourism Resource Endowment in the Counties of Dabie Mountain

以大别山31县(市、区)3大类6个基本类型的184个旅游资源单体为研究对象,选取旅游资源丰度、组合度以及整体优势度为指标并借助GIS对大别山县域旅游资源禀赋差异进行研究。结果表明,大别山旅游资源丰富多彩,极富特色,然而其空间分布及整体优势很不均衡;旅游资源总丰度优势主要集中在大别山4市交界处,新县、潜山县、红安县、岳西县、金寨县和寿县尤为突出;大别山县域范围内存在旅游资源"诅咒",旅游资源优势区的经济发展水平普遍劣于旅游资源贫乏区。提出了行政上要打破行政壁垒,采取大别山连片集中开发战略,经济上要加大对旅游资源中等和劣势区旅游项目的投资力度,使大别山旅游经济增长逐渐由资源驱动型向资本驱动型转变,开发上要实施非均衡倾斜开发战略,培育增长极,带动大别山区域旅游的发展的建议。

Based on three main classes and six basic types of 184 tourist resource monomers of 31 counties in Dabie mountain, selecting the abundance, degree of combination, and overall dominance degree as evaluation indexes, the differences of tourism resource endowment in the counties of Dabie mountain was studied by GIS. The results showed that Dabie mountain were rich in the tourism resources, with colorful and highly characteristic, but its spatial distribution and overall advantage were very uneven. And the total abundance advantages of tourism resources mainly concentrated in the junction of four cities in Dabie mountain, especially in Xinxian county, Qianshan county, Hong’an county, Yuexi county, Jinzhai county and Shouxian county. The tourism resource in Dabiemountain had some curses, and the economic development level of advantage area was generally inferior to the disadvantage area. It is suggested to break administrative barriers and adopt the strategy of centralized development, increase the investment of tourism projects in average and inferior areas, turn the tourism economic growth from resource-driven to capital-driven,and carry out tilt unbalanced development strategy to foster new increasing points, to improve the development of regional tourism in Dabie mountain.
