摘要
选取中国15个产茶地区2007-2011年5年间的茶加工产业面板数据,在运用DEA模型对其产业效率进行静态分析的基础上,进一步使用衡量产业效率变化的Malmquist指数研究了中国茶加工产业效率的时空演变。结果表明,技术进步是中国茶加工产业全要素生产率持续增长的源泉,而技术效率则表现出先下降又回升的变化趋势,中国茶加工产业效率的增长逐步向技术进步和技术效率合力拉动转变。同时,中国茶加工产业仍存在规模不合理、技术扩散效率低等问题,在对其进行解释的基础上,给出了相关对策建议。
Selecting the 2007-2011 panel data of tea-processing industry in 15 tea-producing regions in China,the paper analyzed industrial efficiency by DEA model and the spatial-temporal evolution of the industrial efficiency in the tea-processing industry by malmquist index.The results showed that technology progress is the source of the sustained growth in total factor productivity of Chinese tea-processing industry,while technical efficiency increased at first but later decreased. It suggested that the growth of Chinese tea-processing industry efficiency began to change from being driven by technology progress to being driven by the both of technological progress and technical efficiency.But there were problems such as the unreasonable scale,the low technology diffusion efficiency and so on. Then, some suggestions are provided according to these results.
