摘要
通过马尔文激光粒度分析、填料基本配方小配合试验、白胎侧大配合试验及硫化胶物理性能检测,对填充剂ASP200和普通高岭土进行了对比。结果表明,ASP200粒径更细,粒径分布更窄;同时ASP200补强性能明显优于普通高岭土,且ASP200在白胎侧配方中具有更好的耐黄变性。
The comparison between the inf luence of filler ASP200 and common kaolin on the properties of PCR white sidewall was made through the Malvera Mastersizer Laser Particle Size Distribution Analysis, Lab mixing experiment and physical properties of vulcanization test. The results showed that the ASP200 particle size was 0.6~10.0 μm, much smaller than the common kaolin. Besides, ASP200 in white sidewall recipe could significantly improve the physical properties of the compounds. Furthermore, the anti-aging property was improved, too.
