摘要
本文从芦溪县实施农村幼儿教师"本土化"培养发展状况入手,从以人为本的视角,站在教师职业发展的角度,分析了当前农村幼儿教师普遍存在的编制短缺、待遇过低、专业发展困难的问题,并从制度落实、教师发展、机制完善等方面提出了农村幼儿教师培养和队伍建设的对策。
The paper,starting from the implementation of "localized cultivation" of rural preschool teachers in Luxi County,from a people-centered perspective and the teachers' professional development,analyzes the current problems on rural kindergarten teachers,such as being non-institutional,underpaid,difficult in professional development.It puts forward countermeasures of rural preschool teachers' cultivation and team building from the aspects of the implementation of the system,the development of teachers,and the improvement of mechanism.
