摘要
基层就业价值观是大学生基层方向就业和在基层工作稳定性的保障。随机选取广东省三所高校大学生,使用条件限定的自由联想词法和项目词问卷调查法测量大学生内隐基层就业价值观。基层就业价值观包含外部指向和自我指向两个方面,其中,外部指向的内隐价值观包含经济收入、工作性质压力、地理位置和工作条件等四个因素;自我指向价值观包含自我价值实现、家庭因素和胜任感等三个因素。
The employment value in the grass-roots is the guarantee for college students working in the grass-roots stably.Three universities in Guangdong Province are randomly selected to investigate the students' implicit employment value in the grass-roots by means of specified free association and questionnaires.The value includes external referring and self-referring.External referring implicit values contain four factors:financial income,work pressure,location and working conditions.Self-referring values consist of self-worth realization,family factors and feeling of competence.
