摘要
以二氧化硒为氧化剂,2,9-二甲基-4,7二苯基-1,10-菲咯啉为原料合成2,9-二甲醛基-4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲咯啉,收率可达91%。在分子筛存在下,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,原甲酸三甲酯和乙醇为溶剂,合成2,9-双(二乙缩醛)-4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲咯啉衍生物,收率可达87%。产物经NMR分析确认。
Starting from 2, 9-dimethyl-4, 7-diphenyl-1, 10-Phenanthroline, 2, 9-dimethylformaldehyde-4, 7-diphenyl-1, 10-Phenanthroline was obtained in up to 91 yield by using selenium dioxide as the oxidant. Then in the present of molecular sieves, 2, 9-bis(diethyl acetal)-4, 7-diphenyl-1, 10-Phenanthrolinehal was obtained in up to 87% yield by using p-toluenrsulfnic acid as the catalyst,trimethyl orthoformate and ethonal as the solvent. The product was comfired by NMR.
