摘要
以芳醛为原料,经加成、还原和Bischer-Napieralski synthesis反应,设计并合成了一类新型的3,4-二氢异喹啉类化合物,所有化合物的结构均通过1H NMR、GC-MS表征,该法具有原料廉价易得、反应条件温和、收率好等特点。
In this paper, a novel class of 3,4- two hydrogen isoquinoline compounds were designed and synthesized with aromatic aldehyde as raw material through addition, reduction and Bischer-Napieralski reaction. The structures of all compounds were characterized by1 H NMR, GC-MS. This method has the advantages of cheap raw materials, mild reaction conditions, the yield of good.
