摘要
采用离子交换法以Na+改性不同硅铝比的ZSM-5分子筛催化乳酸脱水制丙烯酸,采用XRD、NH3-TPD、TG等手段来表征催化剂结构、表面酸性和积炭情况,在气固相反应装置上评价催化剂活性和稳定性。结果表明:Si O2/Al2O3=75的ZSM-5有较好的催化性能,在反应温度为375℃,LHSV=2.41 h-1时,乳酸转化率98.82%,丙烯酸选择性达56.72%,副产物丙酸和2,3-戊二酮较少,且催化剂稳定性好,具有较好的工业化应用前景。
The different SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of ZSM-5 zeolite modified by Na+with the ion exchange method to catalyze the dehydration of lactic acid to acrylic acid. XRD, NH3-TPD, TG and other methods were used to characterize the catalyst structure, surface acidity and carbon deposit. The catalytic activity and stability were evaluated in the gas-solid reaction device. The results showed that the Na ZSM-5(SiO2/Al2O3= 75)had better catalytic performance, 98.82% LA conversion and 56.72% AA selectivity.was achieved under the reaction condition(reaction temperature, 375 ℃; LHSV = 2.41 h-1), By-products of propionic acid and 2,3-pentanedione was less, and the catalyst had better stability and good prospects for industrial application.
