摘要 CRTSⅢ型轨道板与底座之间填充自密实混凝土形成结构层,该结构层内设置有防裂钢筋网片,因此对自密实混凝土的流动性、填充性、间隙通过性和抗离析性等要求严格。通过工艺性揭板试验,可形成满足现场条件的施工配合比和稳定的施工工艺流程,总结自密实混凝土施工时常见缺陷的控制方法,以保证大规模施工时灌注的自密实混凝土结构层满足设计要求。文章结合郑徐客运专线CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道工艺性揭板试验施工实践,阐述了自密实混凝土灌注揭板试验工作流程,提出了自密实混凝土施工注意事项和常见缺陷质量控制要点。 Self-compacting concrete is filled between CRTS III type track plate and the base to form a structure layer, which is arranged with the anti crack reinforcement meshes inside, therefore, the self-compacting concrete is strictly re- quired on fluidity, fallibility filling, capability to pass through the spacing and segregation resistance etc. Through the technical exposing-plate test, the working mix proportion and stable construction process which meet the site conditions can be obtained, The control methods for common defects during construction of self compacting concrete are summarized to ensure that the self compacting concrete structures layer meets the design requirements in the large-scale construction. Combined with the construction practice of technical exposing-plate test for CRTS III type slab ballastless track on Zheng Xu passenger dedicated line, in this paper, the workflow of self compacting concrete pouring exposing-plate test is expounded, the matters needing attention during self compacting concrete construction and key points of quality control of the common defects are put forward.
