一种新型金刚石线用树脂体系的研究

摘要 以热固性和热塑性酚醛树脂为研究对象,主要考察了热固性-热塑性酚醛树脂混合体系对树脂金刚石线制备及性能的影响。通过对比树脂金刚石线制备过程中的实验现象对树脂体系选择,并通过对树脂结合剂拉伸剪切强度性能分析、树脂金刚石线性能分析,结果表明热塑性树脂P1与热固性树脂S2质量比为7∶3时,制备出一种性能较好的新型树脂金刚石线。 The thermoset and thermoplastic phenolic resins were studied, the influence factors of the thermosetting-thermoplastic resin mixed system on the preparation of resin bonded diamond wire and its performance were mainly discussed. The resin system was selected though the comparison for the phenomena during the preparation of resin bonded diamond wires, the performance analysis of tensile shear strength of resin binder and the performance analysis of the resin bonded diamond wire. The results showed a novel resin bonded diamond wire with the better performance was prepared when the mass ratio of thermoplastic resin P1 to thermoset resin S2 was 7∶3.
