国产制氢系列催化剂在Technip工艺上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了国产制氢系列催化剂在福建腾龙芳烃漳州有限公司40000 Nm3/h制氢装置的装填、开工和运行情况。其中QJH-01加氢催化剂进行了免硫化应用;Z417/Z418转化催化剂在较高碳空速条件下应用效果良好;高空速条件下,KLB-101中温变换催化剂的CO转化率≥80%。整体应用情况表明:科力公司系列制氢催化剂能够满足Technip制氢工艺的要求,具有开工时间短、有害气体排放少的优点,对生产过程中节能减排具有重要的意义。 The application of Keli series catalysts in 40000 Nm3/h hydrogen plant of Tenglong Aromatics Co. , Ltd. was introduced. The QJH-01 hydrogenation catalyst was vulcanizing free applied. The Z417/Z418 catalyst had good application effect in high carbon airspeed. Under high speed conditions, the CO in the KLB-101 high temperature shift catalyst conversion rate was over 80%. The results indicated that Keli catalysts can meet the requirements of Technip process, and also had the advantages of short time started and less harmful emissions, which had important significance in energy reduction.
