摘要 炼化尾气烃类组分资源化回收技术与装备的研发是目前业内的热点,也是主要方向。介绍了几种含低浓度烃类的尾气回收工艺,包括吸附法、吸收法、膜分离法和冷凝法。简要介绍了各种方法的特点,并对该几种工艺进行了对比。四种工艺各有优缺点,根据不同的工况,选择适合的工艺,或者对几种工艺进行有效结合,各取优势互补,才能达到更好的处理效果和经济效果。 Refining exhaust hydrocarbon component resource recycling technology and equipment research and development is the hotspot in the industry, is also the main direction. Several off-gas containing low concentration hydrocarbons treatment technologies were introduced, including the adsorption, membrane separation and condensation method. The characteristics of various methods were briefly introduced, and the several kinds of processes were compared. Each have advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of process, according to the different working condition, choose the suitable process, or combine several processes effectively with the complementary advantages, can achieve a better treatment effect and economic effect.
