摘要
药物合成反应是制药工程专业开设的重要专业基础课程之一,本文根据药物合成反应课程内容和教学现状,将药物合成反应理论教学与药物合成的经典案例、药物合成的前沿方法相结合,提高药物合成反应课程生动性、实用性和科学性。面相本科生长期开放科研实验室与本科教学实验平台,在已有的实验教学基础上引入前沿方法学实验,引导本科生进入实验室,激发和培养学生的学习兴趣和科研热情。
Organic reaction for drug synthesis is an important major course of pharmaceutical engineering specialty. Based on the curriculum characteristics and teaching experience, and in order to make the medicinal chemistry course become more systematic and vivid, this teaching reform introduced research cases and scientific practice into theoretical teaching, in order to lead the students into the scientific research laboratory, excitation and cultivate studentsˊ learning interest and enthusiasm for scientific research.
