Promoting Laboratory Safety Management by Building Safety Culture

高校实验室的安全建设与管理既是实验室建设和管理的重要组成部分,又是维护学校教学科研等工作正常开展的必要保障。本文从安全文化内涵和实验室安全文化建设重要性入手,阐述了浙江工业大学材料科学与工程学院实验室安全文化建设的具体举措,力图进一步丰富安全文化教育形式和机制,重视安全文化交流,进而建立起一套长效的工作机制。

The building and management of the university laboratory safety is not only the important part of laboratory building and management, but also the necessary safeguard of the smooth development of teaching and scientific research. From the safety cultural connotation and the importance of laboratory safety culture building, the laboratory safety culture construction measures of College of Materials Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University of Technology were further illustrated, and tried to enrich the forms and mechanisms on safety culture education, to pay more attention to the communication of safety culture, so as to establish a long-term working mechanism.
