低游离醛UF树脂浸注橡胶木性能 被引量:3

Study on impregnation rubber wood physical and mechanical properties with low formaldehyde content UF resin treatment

摘要 为改善橡胶木的物理力学性能,采用自制的低游离醛UF树脂,通过真空加压的方法将树脂浸注橡胶木,探讨不同的增重率对改性橡胶木的硬度、吸湿率、饱和吸水率、湿胀率及甲醛释放量性能的影响。结果表明,与素材对比,当树脂的增重率分别为12%和21%时,改性橡胶木的表面硬度分别提高36.29%和85.48%;平衡吸湿率分别降低24.10%和25.30%;吸水率降低18.46%和39.39%;径向湿胀率降低22.4%和33.3%,弦向湿胀率降低29.4%和52.1%,体积湿胀率降低25.3%和42.8%;甲醛释放量达到国家室内使用E0级标准。 To improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber wood,low formaldehyde content UF resin was used to impregnate into rubber wood through a vacuum and pressure process.The physical and mechanical properties of rubber wood were investigated, which include surface hardness, water absorption,equilibrium moisture content, swelling rate and formaldehyde emission. The results showed that the surface hardness of rubber wood had increased 36.29% and 85.48% after impregnating UF resin with weight percent gain of 12% and 21% level.The equilibrium moisture content reduced 24.10% and 25.30%,water absorption reduced 18.46% and 39.39%.Radial swelling of treated rubber wood reduced 22.4% and33.3%,tangential swelling reduced 29.4% and 52.1%,volume swelling reduced 25.3% and 42.8%, formaldehyde emission can reached the E0 requirement.
