摘要
实验室是高校人才培养和教学科研工作的基础条件。在对实验室管理的效能内涵分析和效能体系建立的必要性分析基础上,提出了实验室管理效能体系设计的总体思路。形成了由6个功能子系统和2个支撑子系统组成的功能体系结构。实验室管理效能体系的建立,对高校优化资源配置、提升支撑保障功能,从而对人才培养和教学科研高效服务具有重要作用。
The laboratory is the basic condition of university talent training,teaching and research work.Based on the analysis of the effectiveness of laboratory management and the necessity of the establishment of such system,this article has proposed a general idea of design of the laboratory management efficiency system.It is formed by six functional subsystems and two supportive subsystems.The laboratory management efficiency system plays an important role in allocation of university resources,enhancement of the security support,talent training and teaching and research services.
