摘要
采用水热法、溶胶-凝胶法和溶胶-凝胶-水热法3种化学法合成Al掺杂ZnO纳米导电粉体,并对其成分、结构、形貌和电性能进行了表征。通过该实验,学生可以比较完整、系统地了解纳米粉体的主要制备工艺和表征方法,并通过观察不同工艺合成的粉体在形貌和性能上的不同,理解各种纳米材料化学合成方法在合成机制上的差异。
Preparation and characterization of nano-powder experiments are one of the compulsory experimental courses for materials science related field students.In this experiment,three methods including hydrothermal method,sol-gel method and sol-gel hydrothermal method are used to synthesize Al doped ZnO nanopowders, and the composition,structure,morphology and electrical performance of samples are characterized.The students can learn the general preparation technology and characterization methods of nanopowders completely and systematically,and compare the differences in morphology and performance between different synthesis methods.Consequently,the students can master the difference in synthetic mechanism between different chemical synthesis methods.
