摘要
基于当前企业对工程人才需求的分析,建立了能力递进实践教学模型,根据该模型将实践教学分为基本技能培训、工程项目能力训练和综合创新训练等3个模块,并进行了教学方法的改革与探索。在厦门大学嘉庚学院的"回归工程"实践教学中,吸引了大量学生参加兴趣小组,提升了学生实操能力、工程设计能力及研发创新能力,提升了工程教育质量,满足了企业对工程人才的需求,推进了"回归工程"教育的发展。
Based on the analysis on requirements of talents from companies,the practical teaching model of progressive ability is built,which is composed of the basic skill training,the project ability training and the innovation ability training.The teaching method is reformed and explored .During the practical teaching in Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College ,lots of students have participated in the interesting groups,the ability of practice,engineering,innovation and the quality of engineering education are improved ,which is good for meeting the enterprise requirements,promoting the development of “Return to Engineering ”education.
