高层次人才实践能力的培养,教师的因素是关键。研究文科类专业实践教学队伍建设途径和发展机制,探讨文科类专业实践教学队伍配置方案和结构目标,有助于高校完善和促进文科类专业实践教学体系建设,培养文科类创新人才。
Teachers are the key to cultivate of practical ability for high level talents.Studying the construction ways and development mechanism of liberal arts practice teaching team and exploring the configuration and structure of the target for practical teaching team of liberal arts majors can help to improve the construction of university liberal arts teaching system,and cultivate innovative talents of arts.
